Photography will be my focus.  Each day I will take a few photos that capture my day.  New York City has many photo worthy moments everywhere and these three photos from my morning in the urban jungle are prime examples.

Blogging is like...

This blog is like my life, a huge potpourris mixture of different things.   The mix is so very different that there is no distinct idea or smell or concentration of anything.  I need to find a focus.  I need to find a focus in my life and for this blog.  So, today is my day to think about a focus for this blog.

• Smelling the mix of foods from the potpourri of people living in my neighborhood.

Horoscopes

I like to read my horoscope each day to give my life some perspective which helps me motivate and give myself direction.  The last line of my horoscope today read, "Success is all about understanding exactly how much you've actually accomplished."  I was amazed at how intuitive the writer of this horoscope was.  I read the line about three times, each time thinking about my life's successes thus far and I understood fully the direction I need to take in my life.  Our lives are made up of our experiences and I need to experience everything I can dream up.
